We have an existing Tropo Telephone IVR application built already, but we want to add in some basic reporting requirements so that we know if our system is having problems, and where.
We are only looking for a simple setup, maybe even a weekly email with a tally of how many calls, and how many were disconnected within each area of the script. It should be able to identify the difference between a voluntary disconnect (after the caller receives the information they desired) and a call that was ended unintentionally, or without the caller achieving their purpose. Most, if not all, of this info is in the logs already, and so we need something that can aggregate this info and send out a weekly email.
The app is currently hosted on an Amazon Web Server, so some understanding of how to work on AWS to access the code is helpful.
