Add graph in a yii 1.0 app - ***MUST BE YII NVD3 Javascript EXPERT***

I mentioned must be EXPERT because we have hired a number of people that say they understand Yii yet use php functions bypassing the already perfect Yii methods. Therefore, you must be not only a yii expert but must fully and completely understand that you cannot use php functions in Yii nor bypass it's special functions. The task is to add a simple line graph into a page view which contains several other graphs already, all using NVD3/Javascript. The new line graph will display three mysql columns and their values. Included in the requirement is a variables to control the amount of data to be displayed. For example, pull up and display only the last 24hrs or 48hrs or 30 days of data. This variable should be something that can be set by the admin. You MUST know NVD3 and Javascript very well in order to do this job. Finally, since we have not worked together before, I cannot give you direct access on this first job. However, I can give you direct access using something like TeamViewer or I can send you which ever pages you need as you need them. Again, I cannot give you access to the entire app nor the server since we have not worked together before. I pay in two milestones. First milestone is when you have the graph working, showing that the project will be completed. The second is when all bugs and any issues have been resolved and the project can be considered completed. Do this well and our lead dev will continue to call upon you for additional help as we need it. This could turn into an ongoing contract as well.
