Ajax pagination in Wordpress posts

What I already have:
- Wordpress site with Advanced Custom Fields Pro (ACF) plugin and repeater fields configured for content. These custom fields are in a Custom Post Type.
- Pagination inside the post, based on this code: [login to view URL]
What I need:
- Ajax pagination inside posts, like [login to view URL] content lists: [login to view URL]
- The ajax pagination would load only the content and refresh the ads.
- Keyboard arrows navigation between the paginated items.
- First page set for an already created intro text field, then list starts.
- An extra page in the end, for related articles, category based.
In short, the same features as you can see at the ComicBook link.
I already have all the fields set, just need the Ajax part.
