I need to develop a small Utility which will read the attendance marked through a bio metric device or RFID machine, save the attendance info in a local database (ms access or text file), then check for internet connection, if the connection is available, sync the attendance on an online server. API for syncing attendance will be provided. SDK of the Machine is available.Bio-Metric is available.
