Need to build a Domain Aftermarket,
where buyer and seller can buy and sell their domain name.
Requirements :
And the website will act as a broker website, will take commission from the sale.
From Seller Side :
*** listing the domain name (with logo).....
**** Listing page can be share through social media or by email.
*** Seller can choose fixed price or make offer or auction format.
****there will be a listing duration.
****when seller listing the domain name, the domain will need to get auto verified by this website.
******For security purpose, buyer and seller's telephone verification systems will be there.
Now, From Buyer's side,...
******can buy or make offer or counter offer or make win the domain on the auction also.
******After winning or agreed to buy the domain, buyer need to pay by PayPal,Skrill, Credit Card, Bank transfer or [url removed, login to view] service also.
******Once the buyer transfer the money, the website will credit that amount to the buyer's account and buyer will transfer that to the seller's account.
******Discussion board will be there, to interact with the buyer and seller.
Website, should be responsive, can access from desktop / tablet / mobile.
Technical wise :
php or asp.net depend on developer.....
good webdesign... easy to navigate
Website Admin, can restrict, cancel the account , can interact with any other,
Zendesk type customer support integration will be there.
