The requirement is to develop a marketplace web, which includes a landing page that shows multiple categories and sub-categories of products for sale, a page per category, a searching tool able to apply different filter criteria and individual pages for each registered seller. Each seller will have a profile accessible to others that resembles a social network profile. The seller will be able to publish products for sale that can be advertised either in the landing page or any applicable category; each publication will carry a fee payable by the seller. In addition, the seller will be able to customize its individual page. On the other end, the web must offer purchasing features for registered buyers. All buyers will have a profile and a shopping cart to add products as they navigate through the web. The shopping cart should be able to save added products so buyers can have access to them in future visits to the web (or add new products). When a buyer is exploring a specific product, he/she should be able to zoom-in on any image associated with it for a more detailed view. Both seller and buyer will have a ranking system (stem from reviews of the counterparty) ranging from 0 to 5, where 0 is extremely bad and 5 extremely good. In addition, the ranking system should be able to show a variety of emoji such as smiley faces. Finally, the web must be responsive from any hand device such as smartphone or tablet. Furthermore, two applications must be developed; one for Android and one for iOS, offering the same features already described above for seller and buyer.
