Build an Online Store

I have purchased a course learning management theme for WordPress: [login to view URL] I need to design an online education platform from it. Here is the summary of the project. There will be 5 user types: Students, teachers, parents, admin, and supervisors. The project is mostly designing the webpage layouts, forms, logins, database, and integrating three apis into the project: Virtual class api, payment api, and accounting api. Custom coding won’t be needed much but it will definitely be required for the admin panel. The website should have a database for teacher profiles, student information, exam scores, course ratings, teacher ratings and reports. I need to produce some basic statistical results from the database such as students’ course success, teacher success, average grades, etc. for marketing purposes. The website should have data entry forms within the student, admin, parent, and teacher interfaces after they log-in. The output of the database (averages, etc) will be on the admin backend, student interface, teacher interface, parent interface, and some pages (maybe sliders) on the website. The interfaces should be able to garner relevant statistical output from the database with a point and click approach. The teacher interface will be designed to deliver courses in two ways: 1) Live one-on-one tutoring 2) Pre-recorded video courses. This will be achieved with a virtual classroom api. The teacher module will have course design and exam preparation modules. Each teacher will have a private materials library. The teacher and student modules will have a class scheduling portion. The teachers will enter performance appraisal reports, which will be emailed to the student and parents at the end of classes. The student interface will have the ability to see teacher profiles, chat with teachers, ask questions on the blog, schedule classes, watch class videos, and take exams. Or talk via the virtual class platform. The parent interface will track the student performance, will see teacher profiles, pay for the invoices with credit card, and talk to supervisors, teachers, and admin via chat or the virtual class platform. The supervisor interface will use chat, and virtual classroom platform to coordinate activities and help students, parents, and teachers with their questions on the blogs, and the use of the website. The admin should be able to change/alter/override all the functions developed for the website and utilize the accounting and payment functions within the admin panel: like deleting unwanted posts, overriding address information, alterations in student information, invoicing, billing and payment slip information and payment percentages, etc. The accounting system will need an accounting software api integrated with the system. The accounting system I have in mind already has payment apis installed. The system will need to take care of invoicing via emails, payments via paypal and credit cards, payroll, and accounting within the admin panel with a point and click interface. The website can benefit from social media login for students and being responsive. Chat with us function would be nice on the home page. A discussion forum, blog, and social media portion will be developed on the website where questions, answers, discussions will be posted by the students, teachers, parents, and supervisors. The discussions, posts, etc. can be shared on Facebook, twitter, etc. The developer, who overtakes my project, should have extensive experience in setting up databases and forming queries in SQL, and be able to code in PHP. The website should not only be technically superb due to its simple and modular design to allow expansion globally but also look attractive for users. I will need 90 days of bug cleaning support after the project is done to ensure that the students and teachers can use the system properly. Thank you.
