Build Online Token System for Website

We are creating a Token system which would work on PHP existing website. Website admin should be able to create a digital token and the transfer/load it to any registered website users account. That user should then be able to transfer those tokens at anytime to any other user by entering their username and then their own password to authorise “transaction”. This process should would happen many times and users should be free to trade them as they like. User should be able to specify how many coins in their own "wallet" should be transferred and all of them should be transferred all at once. We want transaction history of every coin.
Tokens should be linked with user profile and should always know how many tokens they have. Should provide brief summary of how they use their tokens.
