Build a Video-based Ad dashboard with analytics and reporting (HTML pages already available)

The application is a video-based ad network which allows user to create and bid for video ads on the dashboard and there will be a snippet of code to display those video ads on publisher pages. The app would consist of the following: A situable Dashboard page with analytics showing Ad clicks, impressions, ad costs, available funds etc A billing page for advertisers to add funds using credit cards. A transaction History/Invoice page showing all past funds added. A "Create Ad" page for advertisers to be able to create ads and put bid amounts. An account settings page to change user details if necessary. NB: Video ads uploaded should be compressed on the system and video ads should NOT buffer when showing on publisher pages.
