This project will be in two parts.
Part 1: Web Development (Completed ASAP)
Part 2: Android & IOS APP for the above mentioned website (Starting in Aug 2015)
NOTE: Please Bid only if you can build a site which can later be developed into an App.
Part 1:
What is Provided: HTML + CSS + JS & Graphics
What you need to do: You will need to Implement a template into a CMS and make sure all the features from the template work and we may need couple of additional features.

1. How long will it take to complete Part 1?
2. What CMS will you use?
3. Are you sure you will be able to turn the website in to apps. Like I would want the website and apps to be synced all the time,
