Build a Website

I am wanting to set up a customer feedback website. The customer will need to log on, and the log on details will be the email address and the customers selected password There will be a choice of two questionnaires, which the customer should be able to select Before each entry, the customer will be asked various questions about other factors that may have changed. Then the customer will give feedback based questions on a fabrik form in Joomla (or equivalent), and the questions will be scored on a 1 – 10 basis. These scores should be totalled, in sections and overall. The total score of the questionnaire should be made visible to the customer in sections and overall. The answers need to be visible to the general public, but without any identifying details – maybe based on a customer number? The customers need to be able to log onto the website so that they can do the questionnaire at later times and follow the progress of their scores. A graphic of the scores might be helpful on the customers own page. A ‘hover over’ each point on the graphic should show the changes that they identified before they completed the questionnaire This questionnaire exists, I wrote it and it is used on another website, but I have now left that project and would like this tool to be made available to a much wider audience. The questionnaire is so that people can track benefits of natural healing products, or if they do not work. Others should be able to see the data, but not who submitted it. Security needs to be tight.
