Build a Website announcement with slideshow images, news for Education

I want to build a website for notify announcement for students. It's has slideshow images, news roll up on the right side, marquee text on footer. I need a back-end to edit and update images, text. Slideshow has category name and show it on top left of slideshow. On clock is has functions get class time from clock. Back-end can edit this functions. I've attach the PSD idea.
