First of all this project looking like 30 days to 60 days of work . and it would be more then 60 days also. can't say now. it's all depend on your requirement with more specification . And i would like to do this on hourly basis . Your idea is looking good. What i can do for this 1. need 5 to 6 template ( for that i need to hire designer also) 2. make that template dynamic (user can set content in it) like html editor. 3. and now something about hosting . i need to create windows service for instant dynamic hosting for each user . ( you need to purchase good hosting plan with unlimited sub-domain) 4. After all process done , you can add payment gateway for getting fees from your user . (you can give 30 day free hosting + websites) 5. After getting big success in market , you can add more templates with more dynamic content .
