Online references must be to sites with access permissions or owned. public databases (online) liable to change of api.(may need matching changes to local database using these resources). If for own use, resource use not critical. For public access database, permission from online (and for offline - if copyrighted) required. A dedicated hosting for public access database. A partition for database host on local disk, if for personal use. Offline resource size may grow exponentially and exclusion criteria must. Updates of resources must be frequent for offline resources. Please describe specialty and other criteria for database.
