Build one simple, all-black webpage with white text on either WordPress, Drupal or Joomla

Hi, I would like to build an all black webpage with white text, however I keep running into problems with WordPress having a header and other links. So I figured I would ask a pro since this should be quite straight-forward. I would like to be able to simply edit the text, so if you can use one of the programs I have access to, it would be best - WordPress, Drupal, Joomla.
