Hi, We would like to develop a RESPONSIVE dynamic website in PHP in English version by a professional and creative web development company , please check below and the attached [login to view URL] as it will guide you to the other attachments. Summary of Requirements: - PSD to Responsive layout - CMS - Testing --------------------------------------------------- ***Time Frame*** 3 Weeks --------------------------------------------------- ***Two milestones will be created*** The first milestone is 200$ which include the responsive HTML pages of the website and won't be released till all the pages are working fine in desktop and devices The second milestone is 250$ which will include the development CMS phase and testing as well * We don't pay an advanced payments --------------------------------------------------- ***Notes*** 1- You should work from day one at the client server once the bid accepted 2- You should have experience in the responsive websites and how to deal with all deceives especially the old as Our customer is very detailed person and will test in every device! 3- The client is very detailed person and will look into each single pixel at the website. 4- We will provide the PSD files 5- The CMS theme should reflect the company identity 6- You should be flexible and patient as the approval process might take time with the client 7- We are off Friday and Saturday as our week starts from Sunday 8- We don't have time to waste it is the testing and report the errors back! you should have your own tester and deliver the work without a single issues.
