Hello sir, Ref your project description we have understood the requirements of yours, for ref we can use say that you need a system similar to what service centers has, where a person can register a ticket and then wait for the teller to call him automatically using the system, in the mean time one can easily see the real time updates of the ticket number like which teller is attending which ticket number and what is the current status of there own number.
