Hi I quoted minimum budget because I'm beginner level in CGI but still I can produce better output. My understanding - Existing website has an option to submit PDF directly by user. In new approach - form to be filled by user and hit submit button, which should moved to CGI script ,, which should then email the form. I'm best in perl programming ,, just new and currently working with CGI. Can utilise this opportunity to prove my skill set. PM for further discussion if interested!

I Can create the exe to parse the submitted fdf data. I will also provide details on installation. Just give me a chance.
