This is all very clear. There will be command line PHP script that takes 2 files and put them into mysql DB. Front-end will be simple HTML with date selection and 'fetch button'. You can look at my profile - all that is for just 2 weeks since I registered and I was doing merge of CSV files.. Questions: 1. During the script execution do we need to see if for that SKU we already have data? if yes, then what do we do? update or skip... 2. when you say display/export data in HTML. do you want to have both export (save as file) and display capability. 3. I will need test data of course 4. How big are the files and how much memory your server has?
