Configuration and Modification of a Wordpress Theme and some Plugins

I need help with configuring, creating and setting up a wordpress theme with the appropriate categories and sub-categories, ensuring that all menu and sub-menu have their unique urls/permalinks, configure WP Quads Plugin, BuddyPress, PlayBuzz, Qzzr, Wordpress Viral Quiz Plugin, Newsletter Widget, G1 Social Share Plugin etc. to work with my site, ensure colors are well rounded throughout the site (where necessary, appropriate colors will remain orange, black, gray and light gray.
