Configure PHP in Amazon EC2

Hi Freelancers,
I have installed wampserver (PHP & MySQL) in Amazon EC2 Host - Microsoft Windows server.
PHP is up & running and I am able to connect within the EC2 instance.
But I am unable to invoke PHP API outside of EC2 Host.
Kindly apply only if you are experienced in configuring PHP in Amazon WS EC2.
