Converting a set of HTML pages into wordpress template

We have a well built set of html pages (4 in total) that need to be converted into a basic wordpress template so we can then integrate it into our current site. All design assets are comeplete and ready to go and a staging site is setup with the current HTML. We just don't have time to learn the ins and out of WordPress templates. We are highly technical and can provide support if needed.
