Copy and Import Categories and Products into Magento Website

We are looking for experienced magento guru or data entry expert who can do web scrabbing form targeted external website.
We want to copy and import catagory tree and its assigned products into our magento based website.
If you are data entry person or company, you can also bid on this project but we are looking forward to hear from someone who can this with some coding.
You can see the requirements below:
1- Category : All categories must be copied from targeted website and imported into our website or must be written in csv file to be able to import later.
1-1: Categories must have Title, Description, Category image(if targeted website has), meta title, meta tag description, meta keyword.
Only change will be the changing targeted domain website name to our domain website.
Meta description example: Targeted website : domaintargeted provides the best supplies in the market....
Copied and imported meta description should be like that:
ourdomain provides the best supplies in the market (excel find and replace solves this issue)
1-2: Category products must be matched with downloaded products
2-Products : All products must be copied and must be written in excel csv file. We dont want you to import our [url removed, login to view] can do that by ourselves
2-1: Products excel csv file must have all values that targeted website has. Such as title,price,meta title, meta description,meta keyword, attributes (attributes and magento product template file will be provided. You will only have to fill out this template based on targeted website)
2-2: Product Image URL: Product images dont need to be downloaded. You will only provide image url in excel csv file. Our website is coded to be able to download images from external url.
At the end downloaded products and copied categories will be examined and will be controlled. All datas must match targeted website.
Category title,keywords and products title, keywords are very important, and products must match with categories
