I run a small rental company in Spain. I now need to provide the Local Police with a report containing guest information within 24 hours of the guest checking in. I want the guests to be able to enter the information required in advance of their arrival and the database should then format a CSV file which I can download and pass to the Local Police. The Specs for the CSV are in Catalan but I don't think this will prove to be a barrier to development as I can translate anything that is unclear, I have a Joomla based On-Line booking system (JOMRES) which contains arrival dates, client names, booking numbers etc. I would like the database to use this data if possible. If not, a standalone web database will be sufficient. I will even consider using a Desktop based Access type app if this is less problematic. Attached Local Police document with file specs. (In Catalan)
