Create a 3 Pate wordpress template with a plugin

Hi, i need a three page RESPONSIVE wordpress template with a special search plugin Page 1: A single line searchfield that matches the input agains a regular expression while it is entered. [A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9] Lowercase will be converted to uppercase automatically while the user enteres the value. Once, all 8 chars are entered, the field should be submitted by the system without further user interaction. No submit without 8 chars in the searchfield. The background of the entire page should be one graphic or solid color if graphic is not available. The space above and below the searchbox should be customised by the owner of the website with default wordpress tools. Action on submit (plugin?): In the plugin the user will define a folder on the webserver (not the mediafolder of Wordpress). In this folder you will find 0 - n jpeg, animated gif, png and mp4 files. The filenames contain the 8 chars from searchfield somewhere in the filename. You will find 0-n files containing the searchstring. Page 2 - resultpage: On this page you show the found files matching the search input. Background, space above and below the results should be customizeable by the webpage owner with default wordpress tools. If you find 0 results, show a message that can be defined by the user. (Like: No image found, sorry) If you find 1 result, show the file acording to its filetype. If you find more thant 1 result, show the first match larger and the other as thumbnails below. If thumbnail is clicked, it will be shown larger and the others are thumbnails. Below the large image there should be sharebuttons like in this example. [login to view URL] Page 2 must work with an URL Parameter so i can link directly to the resultpage without using the search feature. Page 3 - Admin Page This page should show all files from the given webspace folder as thumbnails with a delete feature for each individual file. Performancerequirement: With 5000 files in the folder and on a regular dedicated webserver the search should not take longer than 3 seconds. So maybe you need to store the fileinformation in a database.
