Create a SMART chatbot plugin for wordpress

I am looking forward to create a chatbot plugin for wordpress. eg :- [login to view URL] ( This is 60% of what I need ) [[ INCLUDE the word "smart apple" in your bid if you read this ]] I need all the features of that above shown chat application , along with that I need to include an automatic module where User can preset some questions and answers so that when visitors ask the question , bot should reply automatically. eg :- Qn : what is your name ? Bot: my name is kelly this process should be automatic. The bot should be smart to identify the question even if there is slight change in the question. ( there are lot of algorithms available for this ) If the visitor asks a question which is not preset in the bot , then that question should be recorded so that , the next time Admin login he will see the unsolved questions and decide if he needs to set an answer to that or discard the question. If there is no preset answer to the question user asks , bot should either show a contact form inside the window or reply a default message in return like " Sorry , I couldn't find the answer for your question " The main things I consider are - Should be a wordpress plugin - Should have very good UI - Bot should be SMART. - Should have the features shown in the reference link
