Create a Theme for a Drupal Commerce Website

I want someone to customize the Omega based Commerce Kickstart Theme to look like [login to view URL]
I already have a website setup and running and will add the search capabilities.
You need to :
Create the basic page template and theme including header, footer and menus.
Setup front page layout with display suite and slideshow
Setup static page layout with display suite for static pages
Setup product page layout with display suite for product pages
Create the QuickView popup template and theme
Create static pages same as EBW sample site, copy and paste content as placeholder
Theme megamenu to look like the main menu with multi-column dropdowns
Theme search facets as horizontal bar like on EBW website
The theme and blocks all need to be responsive for mobile devices.
I will install the megamenu module and get page links started, you will need to finish the data entry to match EBW
I will install and setup the faceted search and get facets started, you will need to finish the data entry to match EBW
I will create a view to match their product catalog in terms of content, you will need to theme to look and link same as EBW
You will need to scrape, post, and tag enough content to demonstrate everything is working, at least 50 products so we have a variety and menus, facets work.
You must be able to use GIT to clone the existing website and push all your work as commits to the website repository because I will be working on back-end features of the website at the same time.
