I need to build a web site for my customers who are auctioneers and traders.
The web site should consist of 3 sections - each for a different goal , but should allow my clients to list their products in order to sell it in bulk to other traders/clients.
It should also allow them to define rules of how much they must sell in order to make the deal happen - and allow other traders to create a group.
For example - I have a client that has 10,000 watches for sale - he posts it on my site in the SELL section and condition the sale on selling the ENTIRE amount at a certain discounted price.
Other traders can now see the product he offers and commit to buy a certain number of the watches - once all watches are committed to be purchased - the deal is executed and the seller receives all the buyers information and sends them the watches depending on how many each of them committed to buy. We collect all the payments from all the buyers and give it in one chunk to the seller.
It's a simple concept that helps auctioneers and traders connect with one another
