Create a WordPress Template

I downloaded this theme to my wordpress and for some reason it's not showing up on my url. I was using wordpress without problems but all of a sudden I'm getting this error (see attached picture). I'm pretty sure it's just a simple database fix but I am not savvy enough to do it myself. I need to get this problem fixed then get access to use the frontend builder in wordpress which doesn't seem to be working. I'm using this wordpress theme: [login to view URL]
