Create a Wordpress Template

Need to convert an existing Dreamweaver/html5 website to a responsive Wordpress site. The site is composed of 4 or 5 template pages and I will need at least two months support after project completion since I am not too familiar with Wordpress yet. I would like the theme to be similar to the existing site layout which is very easy to navigate.
