we need a wordpress template made or one we may purchase that has the ability to have the columns and setup as indicated in the picture. We will provide the customization in the wp panel along with graphics we just need the engine or existing engine that can do this, which I imagine there are plenty of themes already out there than can. If you know of one we can pay you a small amount for the referral. Otherwise indicate your price, we are not spending much as you will not be doing any major work.
