I'm seeking a skilled designer/programmer with talent creating an original wordpress template. My site is scottmanville dot com

There are three areas of information I will have:

- Articles I write and post. I need to be able to have them indexed clearly, with option to position their order. Each would be a blog post allowing discussion.

- Links to Media (articles) I'm in. I would like them to have a preview thumbnail with title, then they click and it opens in new window.

- Area for links to other sites.

Those aren't complicated, but I'm more concerned with the design/layout of the template. I want something very current looking, light background, maybe opacity over image, or background image opaque. I'm really open to samples, but our work needs to be original. The main functionality I'm looking for is the ability to display an index of media articles with the thumbnail preview.

I pay quickly, and with bonus.

My budget is $125
