Create a Wordpress Template - Lead Generation

I have a Photoshop web design that I need turned into a wordpress theme. It is a lead generation design and will need contact form 7, or something to achieve the contact form on the right of the design ** Will need to be able to add extra pages with a contact form – (pages will target different geographical locations) ** Phone Number at top – The site will use a google forwarding number for adwords, so this needs to be coded into the design somehow ** The site will also need a second, basic page template – this will be used for content pages (about us, articles ect) and will not need a contact form on it, just a basic page template. ** The design will provided to freelancers who meet the criteria above for a final discussion before awarding the project. *** The design will need to be responsive, and take up the full screen / page width when displayed on Desktop & Tablets – Very Important I look forward to finding someone with some wordpress talents, as I will have similar projects sometime in 2016. Please provide links to examples of similar work you may have completed.
