Create a custom Wordpress plugin which runs off our API

Hello, P.S By user I mean the Website Admin who will install your plugin on his website. My name is Faizan and I am a PHP developer. I have seen your project requirements and I think I can develop a wordpress plugin using your API(REST or SOAP). User will be able to display signup form through shortcode or with each signup through default wordpress registration form we can connect our function through wp hooks to push email address do anything else like attaching tags etc(Just in case user dont need the form). We can make some configuration area where user can select ROLES that need to pushed and emails that belong to selected Roles will be pushed. We will aslo make it like that so that if User add some custom ROLES through another plugin than it should work with that too. We can attach tags to user both at the time of registration or to some activity. The plugin will be completely hook based i-e User can easily attach his functions to your function to custom the use of certain in thing(May be in future you plan to go modular or user need to do something before providing you the data via.
