hello... so you need to create only empty files in a single folder? I am not sure what is the max file count for a single folder in windows or linux..

So i can propose you two options: 1)i'll generate All files and send it to you 2) I 'll send not only files, but script also, so in future you will be able to generate any amount of such files( in different data range, so for example you will be able to est up start number and step size).
