Create a product cart sidebar and Checkout page like [login to view URL] -- 2

I am currently working on a website that needs a sidebar cart to work similar to [login to view URL]'s sidebar cart. Currently we have designed something that sort of looks like it, but is lacking in many ways, speed, design, etc.... I've attached images to show what I'd like for it to look like. Our Checkout currently is a pop up follow by another pop up, etc.. Poorly designed. I'd like for it to be like a 1 page checkout with tabbed sections that just close/collapse once customer enters all necessary details, like most web stores have now.
