I'm a skilled programmer, who can provide you with access to my source control system, and a view into my ongoing development of the project with a commit by commit view of updates to the code. I can develop a mobile Android application which can capture the provided bar code type, and display data in whatever format you wish, AND I can provide a back-end system supporting upload to private cloud, with indexing of the captured data. Initially I foresee a simple project in the bid I've provided which would constitute a working prototype. This prototype would have a simple interface, allowing capture of data, storage of data in the cloud based backend, and review of previously captured data. No complex analysis or additional features will be provided within the prototype, but I am open to providing ongoing further development of the app with additional features if you wish.
