We require a WordPress website that allows offers and bidding for currency transactions at different rates. Members list the currency they wish to sell and the currency they want. Other members make offers in reply via email. Contact details of both parties remain confidential until trade is completed and the listing is removed. Members register (confirmation by email) then they list their offers and requests for the currency that they wish to trade. For example: "I want to buy $USD for $AUD, minimum transaction value = $500.00; maximum transaction value = $15,000.00." or "I want to sell $5,000.00 USD and am looking for any South American currency." Members can add/edit their listing. They will pre-pay us, thus have a credit balance (paid via Paypal) and their listings will be billed monthly (initially done manually). Each listing has approximately 12x data fields. The website Domain Name is already configured to point to our hosting server. Website must be installed on our server via FTP. CPanel is all ready to go. We require a simple WP solution ASAP with additional modifications and developments in the future likely. We would prefer minor modifications to an existing WP plugin(s) perhaps using custom fields with standard e-commerce/membership plugins so that you will be primarily installing and setting up standard off-the-shelf systems and configuring them to our needs. We are not looking for a bespoke solution as we wish to have operations sooner rather than spending a lot on coding. Must be a mobile-friendly template. Graphics/design is NOT required, as we will edit the template/theme provided. Philippines or Asia preferred due to time-zones. India/Pakistan possible. European timezone is not appropriate, sorry. Communications will be in English and via email and Skype. Portfolios or examples of previous similar work an advantage. Please reply with short meaningful comments.
