Custom PHP/node js application

I need an php / node js expert programmer to help me on my college project. I am now doing a semester mini project in c programming. So i need a good interface to show how they works. For this i am planning to complete the whole project in five phases i think. So i am looking for those who can handle my whole project. Phase 1: Its the Design phase. You need to design a simple and clean upload page to upload a wave file only. After that show the uploaded wave audio as a wave form as similar to the attached file. You can change the color of wave according to our template. Attached one is just an example. Phase 2: In this phase, we need to pass the uploaded wave file to a c program. The c program will accept the wave file as 3rd parameter. Rest of the parameter will filled with some values. I will provide these values, these are wave properties. That's all . After that the wave file processed in some mat lab and then python programs. At last the output will stored in a txt file. Take that txt file and plot the values in a graph. Check the plot Graph. Phase 3: In this phase user can change the wave properties and pass the audio file and update the chart. i am figure out the last phases. Will Update it on after completing these 3 phases successfully. Note: Please don't send formal proposal to me. After you bid , i will check your profile. I think Node js is simple and easy to work with less errors. If you are php developer its oke, you can also use bootstrap template versions. if u are reading this paragraph, type copilot in proposal -otherwise will not consider. Then you must familiar with php cgi, file_put_contents, etc.. I am using it on Ubuntu 14 OS. So as i mentioned i am a student, i am not available on day time only available after 6.00 PM IST, EXPECT HOLIDAYS.. So my priority is those who can available after 6PM and with reasonable budget. I can't afford huge amt.
