Custom 2-Step Form using Gravity Forms

Hello Freelancers, This project is on my site: [login to view URL] I would like to model after [login to view URL] and customize the form on my site's homepage to work in a similar way using Gravity form's 2-step form. The Step 1 single form field will change into a full form the moment when the user clicks on the NEXT button. You must do this in order to reveal the full form in Step 2. My version of the form will have lesser fields as compared to the full form that you see on [login to view URL] and will be a regular single column form. ​ My form will consist of: - Website URL (which was previously entered in Step 1) - Name - Email - Phone That's all.
