We're in need to develop a random live video chat, similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but some differences: - users will pay to use it, - the website will be only for adult users. - users must have a profile - other characteristics that i will explain you If it is possible, we want to work with some developer who will use existing open source features that will help reduce cost and development time but also offers opportunities for scaling the site up.
