Develop a software to get data from webpage

Hi, I have a file "[login to view URL]" with the following format: 12:00*A*B*_*_*2*3*1*2*2.01 13:00*C*D*_*_*2*1*4*2*1.97 13:00*E*F*_*_*1*0*0*5*2.05 I need to complete the fields "_" with info only for system time. I mean, if now it is 11:15 I need to be run at 11:40 and collect data ONLY for the row that has 12:00 in the first column. Then if it's system time 12:15 I need to be run at 12:40 and collect data for the rows that has 13:00. Where's that info? Ok, for that I'll provide a webpage where you have to find a row with "A and B" or "C and D" or "E and F", then enter into the link for that row and get 2 values. (For example 1.15 and 1.74 for A*B*) With that values you need to fill the "_" from the [login to view URL] So the final txt should looks like (in this example only for 12:00) 12:00*A*B*1.15*1.74*2*3*1*2*2.01 13:00*C*D*_*_*2*1*4*2*1.97 13:00*E*F*_*_*1*0*0*5*2.05 Can you do that? If yes, try if you can get the data from a website like flashscore dot com. What type of program do I need? I don't care if it's php or if its a .exe (I have a VPS so I can run there).
