Digital Downloads of Music

Hi, I have a client that wants a music store (using woocommerce) which allows for the download of music files (AAC). (hosted on a linux server, which we will have root access too) They will be using [login to view URL] as a supplier for the music files. Part of the requirements is to embed a UITS payload into the meta of the purchased tracks. [login to view URL] I have supporting documentation and have been provide a command line tool to accomplish this. Our requirement would that when a user purchases a track, the UITS tool should run automatically and embed the UITS payload AND only then be available for download to the client. This should ideally happen automatically via a script of some sort. I can provide supporting documentation and said tool on request via dropbox link. I simply need to know that this is possible and have an estimate on how much it would cost to implement said script as part of the purchase/download process. Thanks
