Digital sales website with advanced features

This is the first part of a possibly 4 phase website. The current project to bid on is only what's considered phases 1 and 2. I'll write them below, leaving the other two phases for later. This is to be done in ASP.Net C# You could use whatever method for a database, but it's preferred to have this method be integrated into ASP.Net in a secure way so people can't fake purchases nor user info, nor steal other users info. Here are the following requirements: // Phase 1 start I need a website that would act as a web profile, but I want to be able to change anything I want in the future, for example to change the logo, buttons, theme, background, etc. Also the change what I upload in it. This site will contain: Home, Products, Services, About Us, Contact Us, User Area, Forum Home would be a 'front' with basic info and possible 'updates' panel. Products would be a list of all the products, showing a small image, a name, and a short description. When clicked on, it'll show a separate page with that product, more info, more images, and price (also a button to buy via PayPal). Service: similar to the Products page, but just for 'service'. About Us: A simple layout with the main theme design of the home page, with information (text and possibly 1 or 2 images) input by myself 'the website owner'). Contact Us: Same as the About Us page, but with different information and a google-maps location. Users Area: This section could allow visitors to create a username and password, to allow them certain access throughout the website (More on this in Phase 2). It would only have e-mail, login info, profile pic, etc. (general things, nothing private, no address, no payment information) Forum: If possible, I'd like to add a built-in forum related to the site (for users to sign up, upload stuff, give different forum rights, etc). // Phase 1 end // Phase 2 start I want to add an Admin Back-End panel to allow an admin to add information to the products page, services page, and possibly edit news, contact us, and about us. This back-end should allow the main admin to have full rights, and allow him to add users, giving each one specific user rights (such as the visiting users to view certain areas of the site, or other admin-like roles to add, edit, delete, change anything in products, in service, etc.) The back end should allow the admin to see the login traffic data on his page (how many users from each country, and to know from what device.
