Direct design of MARS API, Review documents and provide comments

Direct design of MARS (The Memory Array Redcode Simulator) API per ICWS 94 Specification. Review design documents at various draft stages and provide comments. The MARS should take two objects consisting of redcode as input, simulate many battles, and return the results of each battle as one object. The MARS is part of a system that generates redcode programs and performance tests them against each other. Every program must battle every other program in the batch 10 times. For a batch of 1000 programs, there will be 4,995,000 battles. From Section 5 of the ICWS 94 Specification: A minimally-complete MARS consists of a core, a loader, task queues, the MARS executive function, and a way to present the final results of a battle.
