Mailchimp Subscription Tweak

We have created a new landing page for our business and have set-up a Mailchimp subscription on his page. After subscribing successfully, we need the page to redirect to a thank you page (set-up and ready to use) and need to add a pdf file for download. Current coding only shows attached screenshot. We need someone with Mailchimp and coding experience to ensure a smooth set-up.
