Replicate XML and API connection

We are looking for a team to recreate api and xml connections based upon pre-determined specifications to connect with several online travel agencies and travel partners. Over 100 connections are needed from our software to the travel agencies.
The XML/API connections need to be certified by the third party and tested in our server at 100% prior to releasing the funds. Funds will not be released until the connections are 100 functional and certify. All the connections MUST BE PCI compliant.
