Script scandir function PHP

I am looking for a guy who can program the following PHP script:
- I place the php script on the server and run it daily via cronjob.
- The script uses the scandir function and checks all Directories (including Sub directories) on the server for new Pictures
- All Pictures with the endings .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .tif shall be recognized.
- A Picture is new when the date of last_modication is the day before running the script
- for all new Pictures its public address on the server (e.g. [login to view URL]) shall be determined.
- The Image links of all new Pictures shall be finally saved in a database table, table Name Images, column "url"
