We own a brand of table wireless call buttons, that allows a costumers call for service. To receive calls, managers and employees can choose between the Wrist Watch Pager, Counter Display or PC Converter.

The Pc converter allows receive the calls for the desktop computers and transform it in data and statistics using a specific software. The software allows also set up and manage all the syste,
the older software have some limitations and we want devellop a very similar software but with more some features, on attachment i will send the existing software.
t is summarized in 3 basic functions:
1) configure the equipment
2) read the information in real time
3) save history and create statistics
- The same functionality of the original software but with a better layout (you can eliminate certain functions that you think are not necessary, that is, it is not necessary to be an equal software, we can discuss later)

Have a "Mother" software that is able to access in real time to all the stores that the "Base" software is installed,. This "Mother" software will have remote access in real time to the data, being able to create / import data of each store or Several shops together.
