Scope of Work:

1. Install and activate the purchased SSL certificate on the [login to view URL] domain. Ensure that the entire site is properly protected and pushed with https:// (I will provide web hosting credentials, the certificate has been purchased and just need installed).

2. On the home page, the Watch the Video button needs to open a lightbox with a vimeo video embedded and ready to play. The vimeo video link is this: [login to view URL]

3. On this page: [login to view URL], I need the form CSS reskinned with the same properties as this contact form: [login to view URL] See the name titles, the contact boxes with light grey and the submit button. It should look the same on all pages.
